Oxford Rd, Bodicote, Banbury. Led the bid to win the 46-home redevelopment of brownfield site in Oxfordshire. Included private sale, affordable rent and shared ownership homes.
Blackwall Reach, Phase 2. Responsible for the delivery of 268 apartments over 4 buildings in East London, including social rented, private sale and private rental homes
Beechwood West. Responsible for the delivery of 251 new houses for private sale in Basildon, Essex.
Clayworks, Stoke-on-Trent. Construction and letting of 151 home Build-to-Rent project in Stoke city centre. Completed within budget and 90% let within 3-months of practical completion.
QE2 Apartments, Stoke-on-Trent. Construction and letting of 57 assisted-living apartment scheme. Project completed on time, 100% let and within budget.
Green Lane Apartments, Walsall. Purchase of land with consent for 72 new apartments and community space across three buildings, including affordable rent and shared ownership homes.
Broxbourne School & Homes, Hertfordshire. Redevelopment of residential element of 149 private sale new houses that funded the construction of the state-of-the-art school at the Broxbourne School in Hertfordshire.
Crab Hill, Wantage, Oxfordshire. Led the bid to win 1,500 new homes, school and community centre. Contract completion within six months. The flagship project is now called Kingsgrove.
Former RAF Uxbridge, West London. Responsible for residential phases for 1,340 new homes and 300,000ft² town centre extension. Increased outline planning consent by 150 homes for Build-to-Rent and completed Phase 1 of 79 executive private sale houses.
Copthorne Village Extension, Sussex. Led the project to complete a land assembly with five different landowners for a 40 acre, 450 homes site near Gatwick Airport in Sussex. New homes included private sale, affordable rent and shared ownership.
Old Vinyl Factory, Hayes. Led the bid to purchase 18 acre site in 2011, and secured master plan consent for 1.5m/ft² mixed use project, including 642 homes in 2012. Negotiated the land sale of the plot of 134 apartments to a Build-to-Rent developer and operator (Phase 1).
The Movement, Greenwich. Completed this mixed use scheme including 104-bed hotel, 6,000ft² retail, 358 student apartments, 12,000ft² office space and residential 184 private sale residential apartments. The project became Cathedral’s most successful project.
South Acton Regeneration. Won competitive bid and set-up JV between Countryside and L&Q. Became the first project director and LLP member and achieved master plan consent for 2,340 homes and delivered the 197 home first phase, which included private sale and affordable homes. This award winning regeneration project known as Acton Gardens.
Lymington Fields, Dagenham. Won Kickstart funding (2009) and led construction to build out of 193 new homes. Project was completed on time and within budget, becoming one of the most profitable in the company with gross profit margins in excess of 40%.
Crown & Manor Club Redevelopment, East London. Won planning at appeal and built 84 new private sale apartments and custom designed sports facility for the Crown & Manor Club in Hackney, East London.
Reading Gateway Regeneration. Responsible for the planning & development team that achieved planning consent for the 850 home development in Reading (now known as Kennet Island).
Grosvenor Waterside, London. Responsible for the 693 home regeneration project in West London. Completed the build and sale of the first phase of 49 luxury private sale apartments, that sold for more than 15% of the forecast price.
Holborough Valley, Snodland, Kent. Secured master plan for 1,100 new homes at the old quarry in Kent, the project went on to become one of Berkeley’s best known projects.
